I Do Not Accept

I don't know is this a coincidence or this is the behavior of all Singapore aunties. Recently i received 2 complain cases. First is a Malay aunty complaining her friends saying her glasses looks weird,the lenses make the eyes look bigger like those cataract patients wearing the high power lenses. Which i didn't felt surprised because her previous prescription are zero for distance and now the her optometrist prescribed her with long sighted. To correct it we used "Plus Power Lenses" and the lenses will make the eyes appearance looks a bit bigger due to the lenses power. She was upset and said "I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS!" and she accusing us not given her a pair good lenses.

Another case was a Chinese aunty came back with rimless and a broken lens. I told her i will charge her the same special price as Mr.Chen given you for the replacement lens. She was surprised and asked me why i need to pay? I asked how long the warranty and you said 1 year. I explained to her yes the warranty is 1 year but the warranty is the coating on the lenses not for the breakage. She was so angry and shouted at me "I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS! I was not told breakage are not under warranty and you just put the blame on me so you will no need to responsibility for this. THIS IS VERY BAD! YOU'RE NOT HONEST!"
It was my boss served her and the collections too. So it would be better to wait for my boss to talk to her. unfortunately he was not there

So i learned a lesson. Always meet the expectations as i was told by EuJin.
